Sabira has a wide range of industry experience, having always wanted to end up in management, she thought it was best to get a hands on, rounded understanding of the music business. She started in music straight out of art college and scored a job at UK indie label Full Time Hobby, before moving onto Sanctuary Records as an International Product Manager. She eventually jumped agency side to work with William Morris agent Russell Warby on The White Stripes, Foo Fighters, Q Tip and The Strokes, among many others.

Three and a half years later she was brought into CMO Management as the day-to-day manager for Blur, Gorillaz and Graham Coxon. While at the company Sabira signed producer duo 16Bit who she guided through collaborations with Björk, Professor Green and Plan B, as well as securing multiple synchs for them in big budget Hollywood movies.

Head-hunted by Three Six Zero Management, a partner of Jay Z’s Roc Nation, enabled her to continue with the development of future hit-maker Elle Watson, which she brought to the company alongside Canadian alt-rockers The Beaches.

As well as her core strength in the live music industry, Sabira also has a track record of signing artists to both indies and majors as well an impressive contact book built up over the years.
