During an award-winning decade at Bauer Media, Nick worked across the internationally renowned Q, MOJO, Kerrang!, Empire and Mixmag brands. From brand partnerships and multi-platform brand development, to events, consumer research and strategic planning – Nick built a formidable reputation with a number of notable successes. Looking for a new challenge, Nick spent a period living in Reykjavík, Iceland working on a number of music and fashion projects, before returning to the UK to partner with the hugely respected CMO Management as an artist manager. Nick has provided discreet consultancy services for a number of companies – tech, media, film – as well as providing his expertise for high profile artist projects.
Sabira’s impressive music career began at record labels Full Time Hobby and Sanctuary, before moving agency-side to William Morris Endeavour, where she worked with Russell Warby on The White Stripes, Foo Fighters, Q Tip and The Strokes, amongst others. A move to CMO Management saw her as day-to-day manager for Blur, Gorillaz and Graham Coxon, as well as signing and managing producer-duo 16Bit (whom she guided through collaborations with Björk, Professor Green and Plan B). At Three Six Zero Management Sabira continued her passion for developing new talent, as well as successful brand partnerships including Fender, Dr. Martens and Converse. She most recently worked with Yves Saint Laurent on an artist partnership for their 2017 campaigns.
